If an item you purchased is on backorder, giftcorner4all will contact you immediately by email to apprise you of the situation. At this time, you can decide how to handle the backorder.

If multiple items have been purchased, some of which are available while others are on backorder, giftcorner4all will ship those items that are in stock and ship the backordered item as directed by the customer.
